At Luz & Noche, every item is handcrafted with care and intention. Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

When will I get my order?

All of our products are handmade and often made to order, which means a little extra time and care goes into each piece. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Our products are manufactured in Chicago IL. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
